If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days from the original shipment date for a refund of the purchase price.

Exchanges, Credits & Returns

We are happy to provide an exchange or refund for eligible items purchased directly from our online store within 30 days of the original shipment date.

Please note:

  • We cannot process returns, exchanges, or refunds for items purchased from wholesale partners.
    If purchased through a partner retailer, please contact them directly.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in original, new, and re-sellable condition

  • All original packaging and contents must be included

  • Items must be received in the same condition in which they were delivered

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse returns not in new condition

  • Apply a damage/restocking fee of up to 100% of the purchase price if applicable

Refund Details

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Any free shipping promotions, discounts, or coupon values may be deducted from the refund amount

Damaged Items
